What Bonus will I get if I buy a voucher?
Merchants award different bonuses for signing up new customers, re-engaging customers and special offers for special products or events. We can't guarantee what bonus will be awarded on any given day.
What happens if the merchant does not supply me any goods or services?
Once you authorise the voucher to be spent at a particular merchant we pass the funds to the merchant and any refund or dispute is between you and the merchant. Please notify us of any problems and we can monitor the merchant more closely and potentially remove them from our from our network if we receive multiple complaints.
What happens if I do not spend my voucher and I want a refund?
Contact support and they will refund your voucher to the card or bank account you used to buy it less a 5% administration/charging fee.
How long is my voucher valid for?
Vouchers are valid for 60 months. They can be refunded at any time with an admin fee of 5%
Why is their a monthly account fee of 1%
We are not a bank and want to encourage customers to spend funds with our network of merchants. Unused vouchers are subject to a 1% per month account charge. We are required to report all stored value in our accounts to the regulator on a regular basis.
